Terms and conditions of sale of Inoveo3D
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale (ToS) apply to all sales of services offered by Inoveo3D, as well as digital services (subscriptions and Spot'in 360 publication) available on the My360 platform.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these ToS without reservation.
2. Payment Methods
Field services (360° shooting, processing, delivery) can be paid by bank transfer, check, cash or PayPal. Subscriptions and Spot'in 360 publications are exclusively paid online via credit card (Stripe).
No physical credit card payment is possible. Invoices are issued by Inoveo3D upon request.
3. Delivery and Deadlines
Services are generally delivered between 24h and 72h after completion (including photo retouching if necessary). The customer is notified by email upon delivery.
Once the deliverables are transmitted, no claim or refund can be demanded.
4. Withdrawal and Refund
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal is applicable once the service has been fully performed or the digital service activated.
Payment constitutes a firm and final commitment. No refund is provided after delivery or publication.
5. Content Verification
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (texts, addresses, photos). They may request limited modifications (limited to 2 or 3).
Inoveo3D reserves the right to refuse abusive or repeated modifications without justification.
6. Order Cancellation
Any order can be canceled before the service is performed at no charge. If the service has been performed but not delivered, it is still due.
No cancellation can be invoked after execution, even in case of non-use of the files by the customer.
7. Hosting and Access
As part of the ZEN package, Inoveo3D hosts the scenes and provides an iframe/URL link. The visibility period is between 3 and 6 months depending on the chosen offer.
After this period, access may be suspended unless renewed or subscribed to a paid option.
8. Usage Rights and Ownership
Software tools, interfaces and solutions developed by Inoveo3D remain the exclusive property of the company. The customer obtains a limited right to use the delivered scenes or files, unless otherwise contractually specified.
No transfer of software ownership is made without a dedicated contract.
9. Service Availability
Inoveo3D strives to ensure continuous access to its platform. However, interruptions for maintenance or technical incidents may occur without notice.
No compensation will be due in case of temporary unavailability or bugs.
10. Geographic Area
Field services are currently offered only in the PACA region. Digital services are accessible from France, Spain and all countries in the Eurozone.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These ToS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Grasse (06) will have sole jurisdiction.
