Inoveo3D: an entrepreneurial adventure.

The big leap

On a personal level, I took the big leap about a year ago with the launch of my startup Inoveo3D. At the time, I was still working at Dassault Systèmes. Leaving that comfort to venture into the unknown was not an easy decision, but it had become obvious: I wanted to create, innovate, build something. That's when I remembered Christopher, a friend I met in the first year at the Faculty of Sciences in Luminy (Marseille). Back then, we probably spent a bit too much time behind a foosball table, but that's where a real bond was created. Years later, the idea of partnering up became self-evident: same vision, same energy, and above all the same desire to build something concrete. Very quickly, we started imagining a platform capable of providing immersive tools for real estate, facilitating the creation of 360° tours and offering a connected listings portal. The idea of Inoveo3D was born.

Encounters and accelerations

Since then, things have moved at lightning speed. We also met inspiring partners like Diara (Matchimo), whose collaborative mandate system proved to be perfectly complementary to our ecosystem. We even became finalists in the national Proptech Sweet Awards competition (RENT), which was unimaginable just a few months earlier.

The highs, the lows, and the learning

Of course, there were moments of solitude, doubt, days when nothing went as planned. But nothing beats the satisfaction of seeing an idea come to life, of observing the first positive reactions. Entrepreneurship is a bit like going on an expedition: you can plan everything, draw up a plan, imagine the ideal route... but the path will always surprise you. The project will evolve to adapt to the terrain, and this evolution is often a sign that we're moving in the right direction.

Conclusion

In the end, what pride to build something from scratch. Whether it turns out exactly as planned or takes a different turn, one thing is certain: there is no failure in entrepreneurship – only learnings and new doors that open. Each step enriches the journey. It's this mindset that drives the new generation of entrepreneurs in France, and which, hopefully, will contribute to reinventing tomorrow's economy.
