1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms of Use (ToU) aim to define the terms of access and use of the My360 platform published by Inoveo3D. Any use of the site or platform implies unreserved acceptance of these ToU.

2. Target Audience and Access

The platform is reserved for adult users. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited.

The services are available for users located in France, Spain and countries in the Eurozone. Physical services are limited to the PACA region.

3. Nature of the Service

Inoveo3D offers a service for creating, customizing and highlighting online real estate listings via 360° scenes, without being a real estate agent. No commission or sales mandate is collected. The service does not guarantee the sale or rental of a property.

4. Content Publication

Users can integrate elements such as text, address, phone number, classic or panoramic photos, and logos into their scenes. The user declares to be the rights holder of all content they publish.

Any illegal content or infringing on third party rights may be deleted without notice. External links are prohibited if they redirect to compromising, malicious content or not in line with the purpose of the site.

5. Spot'in 360 Public Listings

Users can publish a listing on the Spot'in 360 catalog for a one-time payment, unless this option is included in a license.

A listing is considered inactive if no modification or update action is performed by the user for a continuous period of 12 months. In this case, a reminder email is sent to the user at 6 months. Without action on their part, the listing will be automatically removed from the public catalog at the end of 12 months.

Payment for a listing does not guarantee its publication if its content is non-compliant or if it does not respect the ToU.

6. Usage Restrictions

It is prohibited:

• to use scripts, bots or automated systems to interact with the platform
• to attempt to mass extract content or data (scraping)
• to circumvent the limitations imposed by the subscribed offer (e.g.: create multiple accounts to benefit from an offer multiple times)
• to use the platform for purposes other than the visual promotion of properties, businesses or land

7. Data and Access

The user can request the deletion or export of their data at any time by email. Users without an active subscription retain one active listing.

In Zen offers, Inoveo3D remains the host of the scene; in Basic and Comfort offers, the scene is transferred to the client under their sole responsibility.

8. Service Availability

The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, update or evolution of the platform. No compensation can be claimed in case of interruption, even brief.

Inoveo3D reserves the right to evolve its product and access conditions with notice.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Inoveo3D reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of non-compliance with these ToU, publication of illegal content, or abusive behavior.

Data will be kept for up to 1 year maximum, unless otherwise requested by the user.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Grasse.
